A few notes about the order process

We will confirm final pricing and design before the order goes to production.

  • MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ): 100 units/design
  • LEAD TIME: 5 weeks + shipping
  • COLORS: <500 units = stock colors available | > 500 units = fully custom - please note the desired pantones in the NOTES section of the order
  • INK COLORS: First color is free. $.20/additional color. Max # of colors = 4
  • MOCKS: We will provide a mock and wait for approval before moving into production
  • PAYMENT: Due up front. Since the orders are custom, we will need payment before we begin production. Rest easy, no payment is due until pricing and mocks have been approved.
